By profession, I am a Solicitor and have run not only Legal across 35 countries but also HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics etc. I’ve been CEO, Corporate Affairs Director, Non-Executive Director and Founder, Owner and many other things. So, I’ve got a good, all-round understanding of business as well as the legal industry.

Since then, I’ve bought, merged, run, grown and sold small and large businesses, some mine and some for others. Mostly successfully, and some not so, but I’ve still got my smile and a lot of learning!

Through it all, I have treasured being able to share my learnings and helping others to grow. Businesses that have exponentially increased their turnover and profits, grow their markets and channels. People to take their first steps in to management, and others to climb that corporate ladder to the top.
