I am a Transformational Business and Legal Leader who has been lucky enough to climb the corporate ladder to Vice President, EMEA in a £billion multinational.
By profession, I am a Solicitor, having transitioned from private practice into In-house Counsel role, I rose through the corporate ranks to become Vice President and General Counsel.
I am also a speaker for public engagements.
Over the course of my In-house career, I have created and led Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs and HR departments across 35 countries and worked extensively within Operations, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Logistics, giving me a holistic understanding of how legal functions support and drive business performance.
Since then, I’ve bought, merged, run, grown and sold small and large businesses, some mine and some for others. Mostly successfully, and some not so, but I’ve still got my smile and a lot of learning!

One of the defining moments of my career saw me relocate to Istanbul to rescue the Turkish and Bulgarian businesses from imminent closure. Within 18 months, I successfully revived both operations, transformed EBITDA, and oversaw expansion into six new countries across Europe and Middle East.
In 2025, I stepped down as CEO of an internationally expanding law firm I had grown over a 13-month period, taking it from Greece to operational offices in Greece, England, Turkey, and Zambia, with an expansion structure in place for Tanzania, Uganda and India.
I now follow a portfolio career as Fractional General Counsel, CEO, and Business Profit Coach.
