Respect
Every conversation starts with listening properly and valuing the person, perspective and pressure behind the role.
By profession, I am a solicitor. I moved from private practice into an in-house counsel role, then rose through the corporate ranks to become Vice President and General Counsel.
Across my in-house career, I created and led Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs and HR teams in 35 countries. Working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Logistics gave me a practical view of how every part of a business connects.
Since then, I have bought, merged, run, grown and sold businesses; some mine, some for others. Not every decision was perfect, but every experience added something useful to share.
What guides the work
Good coaching depends on trust, honest challenge and a genuine commitment to helping someone move forward. These five values shape every conversation.
Every conversation starts with listening properly and valuing the person, perspective and pressure behind the role.
Clear thinking depends on honesty, transparency and advice that serves the real need, not just the easy answer.
Progress becomes more sustainable when it is grounded in perspective, appreciation and recognition of what matters.
Real growth comes from being open to challenge, willing to learn and prepared to question assumptions.
Momentum is built by staying with the work, following through and keeping attention on what creates lasting change.

Having worked across 42 countries and lived in three, I bring a depth of cultural and commercial perspective to coaching. I have helped businesses grow turnover, profit, markets and channels—and supported people taking their first management steps as well as those aiming for the top.
