Altaf (Taff) Kara – Solicitor and business leader who now follows a portfolio career as Fractional General Counsel, Fractional CEO, Fractional Business Coach, Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director.

Dr Shirah Mansaray is a Solicitor-Advocate, Managing Partner of law firm, Themis Crown Advocates, and founder of Purposeful Peak Performance Executive Coaching. Dr Mansaray has over 20 years of experience across legal advisory, governance, and nonprofit leadership and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Amnesty International UK. She also serves on the International Advisory Board of Saviesa Think Tank.

Her advisory work focuses on social justice, governance, and leadership, particularly in advancing ethical and inclusive decision-making at the highest levels of organisations in the UK, Africa and Europe.
